Today Apple released its latest operating system, macOS Mojave (10.14).

Important Notes related to this release:

• Soon all Macs purchased from Apple will come with macOS Mojave preinstalled; previous versions of the OS cannot be installed.
• Before upgrading, please visit the macOS Mojave Known Issues page to check for software compatibility. Staff should consult BE-IT to determine when to upgrade.
• For Safari users, Safari 12 will no longer allow NPAPI plug-ins except for Adobe Flash. Other plug-ins such as Java will no longer run. For people who need to access Java, please use IS&T Citrix and select Internet Explorer or Firefox from the application menu. Safari 12 is also available for macOS 10.13.6 and 10.12.6.
